Quality vs Quantity

The basic thing about personal finance and investing is: quality is second to none.

When we plan for our finance, then give the best shot - get the best financial planner, prepare the best plan, aim for the best goal.

In investing, we should hold high quality investment even though the size our our investment is still moderate or may less, but we go for the high quality or the best! If we invest in stocks, then we should hold stocks of best companies. If in real estates we then keep best properties. Holding cheap and/or speculative stocks or properties are like gambling rather than investing. Ever see anybody rich by gambling? Not sure, but many of them are broke.

Why should we striving for the highest quality or the best? Because:
